Responsible employer

HR policy applied at the ORLEN Group is oriented towards developing the employees’ skills and competencies and building a team of experienced specialists.

In 2014, our HR activities were focused on the development of remuneration systems and competence models, and on preparation for the employee engagement survey, based on objectives adopted for the entire Group but adjusted to account for specific conditions at individual companies. It was another step in the process of aligning HR systems across the Group. In 2014, four companies of the ORLEN Group conducted a survey of employee engagement.
